Meet Kim…

I have been in the childcare profession for the past 15 years starting as a fully registered ECE Teacher, to Team Leader, to Centre Manager, to Group Curriculum & Quality Manager.
Throughout my career, I have worked with all age groups, in different settings, communities and philosophies. This has given me a wide range of knowledge and skills sets that I want to share with you. I am experienced in leading teams, setting up greenfield centres and mentoring individual teachers and managers. I am proud to have my quality support acknowledged by ERO in achieving the highest “very well placed” 4 year review. I am also proud to have contributed to several national and international awards for ECE centres.
I hold a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) and have completed studies in Adult Education.
I feel it is important that we continue to empower our teaching teams, leaders and managers to be the best that they can be and I would like to help you (as I have helped over 60 others to date) succeed all the way in your inspiring and rewarding journey.
